• We do not provide medical advice. All consults are conducted by licensed doctors who are independent of us.
• Information shown in the app is for educational purposes only.
• Always seek the advice of a qualified physician. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or saw in the app.
• In an emergency, call your local emergency number (e.g. 112 / 911 / 999) immediately. Do not use the app.

• Using the app does not create a doctor–patient relationship with CareConnect Africa, the company.
• That relationship exists only between you and the specific licensed doctor on your call.

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, the UK, the US, and the EU:

• We are not liable for: misdiagnosis, wrong prescriptions, adverse drug reactions, counterfeit drugs where the QR check fails, technical outages, or data loss.
• Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the last 12 months, or USD $100, whichever is less.
• You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the app.

• Doctors must comply with medical licensing laws in the patient's country.
• A Nigerian doctor cannot treat a Ghanaian patient unless also licensed in Ghana.
• Pharmacy partners are responsible for NAFDAC / Ghana FDA compliance.
• We are not responsible if you access the app from a banned jurisdiction.

• See our Privacy Policy — we comply with NDPR (Nigeria) and GDPR (EU/UK).
• Health data is encrypted. We are not a HIPAA covered entity.
• You consent to sharing your data with the assigned doctor and pharmacy fulfilling your prescription.

• "How Bodi?" and the symptom checker are not diagnostic tools.
• They are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for a doctor.

• Payments from the UK, US, or EU are for telehealth services delivered to a patient in Africa.
• We do not provide medical services in the UK, US, or EU.
